“I recently switched my provider from Verizon to T-Mobile, using this store as my primary source. I worked primarily with Tiphani, who was very friendly, patient, and professional throughout. I spent over 2 hours in the store to get everything switched over, but I always felt taken care of. About 5 weeks later, I had to return for an issue that couldn't be resolved over the phone (after trying for 2 hours), and Tiphani quickly took care of it, and made sure to credit my account appropriately. I am gratfeul for the good customer service!”
“I got an advertisement from Consumer Cellular in the mail and calculated how much I could save by switching from AT&T so I went to Target to get more information and switch over. After waiting 20 minutes or so for the staff to finish with other customers I gave up and went to the AT&T store. The clerk at the AT&T store found me a plan that met my needs and cost $15 a month less than the plan I would have gotten from Consumer Cellular at Target. If Target weren't short-staffed I would have missed that opportunity. So thanks, Target, your short-staffing saved me a lot of money!”

He helped me to activate my new phone after 4 tech calls with the first one making it so I could not use either of my phones . The other three no help last sent me to Verizon store . John was able to work out the issue and activate my phone with no problem. Thses tech coach Verizon has thru assure need to lean there job of what they can and cannot do .”
