My last experiences that i had with the shop, it seems that they are sometimes in a rush, Mechanics should pay more attention on the customer vehicle and inform them about a things that need attention.”

“Called Goodyear Auto Service in Nashua today and Jim answered the phone. Told him what I had for a vehicle and what I was looking for in new tires and he happened to have availability today (30 June 26), for 3pm. This was around 9:55 am. After looking again online I noticed my tire choice was not rated well for snow, so I called him back and asked if he had or could get GY Workhorse At2’s, he put me on hold and was able to call the ware house and get them on the next delivery, still for my 3pm appointment. I showed up and his team got to work as soon as they could and by 4:30 I was paying Jim and signing in the computer invoice. This is my 3rd set of tires purchased at the Main Street GT Tire Center 0346. His team is great and work hard to take care of customers. Great shop and great service.”

“I was in a real jam, having gotten a flat tire on Rt 3 right at Exit 1 in the northbound lane last night. AAA responded immediately and I was on my way home.
This morning, I drove over to Maynard and Lesieur, fingers crossed, hoping that they might be to patch the tire. I have a DJ event today(a wedding in Rindge,NH) and really needed help. They took my car in 20 minutes before they were scheduled to open at 7am. By 7:15 am, I was on my way home with the tire having been repaired.
Everyone here should know that Maynard and Lesieur went way above and beyond to help me out in a tough situation and I would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much for your help. I cannot be more thankful and appreciative!

“I find them to be very honest about what service your vehicle needs. They don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. The new car transmissions have a manufacture schedule of when the fluid needs to be replaced and the right type of fluid to maintain the warranty. If you don’t change the fluid and you have an issue you will be responsible for any cost no matter what warranty you have and it will be costly.”
“I switched to Farooq and his team about a month ago and I have never met a more knowledgeable and decent group of mechanics, they work on vehicles that are way more complicated and expensive than mine but treat me the same and just as fair, they take the time to actually diagnose problems so your not just throwing parts and money at your car. They also have the ability to fix and balance tires in a way I didnt even know existed if you have a car foreign or domestic truck gas or diesel these guys will take care of you! Thank you Farooq and your team for everything you do for me and my family”
“I’m new to the area and was looking for a reliable automotive service for my ‘17 Jeep Wrangler. (Yes, it’s a Jeep with a lot of problems) Brian took me in as soon as he could, did a thorough check, found exactly what was wrong, and fixed it up fast. Headlights, brakes, something with my coolant, oil change, all fixed. It’s great to find an honest repair shop in this day and age. 10/10 would recommend”

“I’ve had my 2020 Hyundai Kona since I bought it new in 2019 and it’s at 100k miles. I started noticing grinding sounds and screeching when I would turn my A/C on. For someone that drives a lot, I needed to get this addressed ASAP as this was becoming a safety issue when slowing down. No one in the area could take me same day or had to wait 2 to 5 days to get an appointment which is inconvenient for me due to my work schedule. I decided to give Pep Boys in Nashua a shot, and I did not realize that they do only full on service now and no more retail which felt different since I was use to going in there all the time growing up. Instantly, I was greeted by Matt, who was very professional and answered all my questions as well as Alex the technician who instantly knew what the problem was. I also was getting quotes from nearby places alongside multiple Hyundai dealers who were trying to charge me way more in parts and labor. I will definitely be coming back to Pep Boys Nashua to get my maintenance done on my car for now on!”
“Got (4) Michelin CrossClimate2s for a great deal (<$900) and service was wonderful. Both Angel and Kyle were a delight to work with and their service was immaculate. They were both informative and patient despite being slammed with customers throughout the short time I was there.
Ordered tires on 12/26/25, booked same day for the earliest appointment date 01/15/26, and the tires arrived at the warehouse 01/05/26.
I arrived 01/15/26 @ 12:45 PM for a 01:00 PM appointment to check in, they did not take my car until ~ 01:30 PM and were done at 02:00 PM while I was shopping!
Came by for a torque check on 01/17/26, parked in front of the bay before checking in (mistake), and they politely informed me I should park in a normal spot and check in before pulling up to the bay. Apologies for that, now I know!
