“I dropped my car off for some weird behavior on a Thursday night. The helpful staff were able to diagnose my car, get the parts and fix my car by 430 in the afternoon. I’m sure they are not always able to day service, but you can expect your car won’t sit here for days or weeks waiting on them. The prices were all reasonable and communication was great. They even noticed my oil change was overdue and took care of that.”

“The staff is really good here. My car needed a new battery. I called a number of places and the price they offered ($199 for 3 year warranty installed) was the lowest. I also got in early for my appointment. They have a great waiting area. I had an issue with car radio after change of battery. Scott (the technician) was not only good @explaining the issue but also helped me resolve it. I had to take my car in couple of times to get it fixed but that was not due to Scott (or Pep Boys). My car needed a code and it took time to get it. Pep Boys never charged for those extra visits.”

“Great service. Unfortunately, Costco is having issues keeping up with the number customers waiting for tire installs. 6 or 7 weeks back up. Luckily, I was able to get the work done on short notice. Otherwise, the help was great and very accommodating. Great price and all the extras included!!”
