“I seldom write reviews, however this one was a must. I took my 2025 Toyota Corolla into Crash Champions in Nashua for some work after a minor fender bender. From the moment I walked through the door, I was met with the most pleasant and helpful staff. “I totaled my car and needed someone to tell me that for insurance purposes. I called over 10 different Allstate approved bodyshops from Concord all the way down to Nashua and every single one told me that they can take my car now, but would not look at it for at least 2 weeks. Dave Illg's did not see me as just a paycheck despite being a young woman with car problems. When I called it was a breath of fresh air because they said that they'd take my car today and promised me they'd look at it- I asked for a timeframe on when I'd get an estimate and they said they would look at the car and be able to tell me right away and that exactly what they did. All of the other bodyshops I called claimed that they could not look at the car for at least 2 weeks and Dave Illg's helped me unload my car, looked at it, gave me a verbal estimate, and gave me a clear timeline of when to expect my insurance company to be receiving my written estimate- despite the fact that I came in an hour before close on a Friday. I would recommend Dave Illg's to anyone looking for a competent, compassionate, professional, and honest body shop.”
“Easy to deal with, very friendly and stayed much later to complete the service. Only small complaint I would have is that theey didn’t clean all of the small debris off the dashboard but they were running very late into their scheduled day so I understand completely. Overall a good visit.”
