Multiple signs for promotion buy 3get 3 free. Or buy 2 get 1 free on body care items. Got to checkout and they would not honer this stated I could pick one more and pay for 3get 1 free. Boat and switch I left them there

Made a trip to the mall purposely to go to B & B on Thursday 6/20 only to find a note on the door that they were closed due to heat. Really, how lame. Do they know that the store is inside the mall, not outside in the parking lot!!!! Really bad B & B!

This location is tax-free and is also a "test location" -- basically, new scents and product ideas usually appear here first before they get to other locations like Burlington Mall.Excellent service, friendly people. There's a White Barn section as well.

I have an obsession with the foaming hand soaps here and always buy the holiday scents. Visited both the Merrimack outlet store and the Pheasant Lane mall location and the sales people were very nice, helpful, and friendly.I prefer to purchase in store but I also shop online because sometimes all the choices aren't in the stores. I have now made 3 trips to the stores and each time had a great experience.
