We went in on 10/24 in the evening. atmosphere was very tense, we were not greeted by the employees, the radio was turned off. We ended up not buying anything as the atmosphere inside the store was so awkward and the employees seemed to not care that there were customers in the store. it would have been a very awkward experience to build a bear there.

Great store. I'm autistic and can't really do the hustle and bustle of mall stores. I can't remember their name but they had elf ears they said call ahead and we can do a silent experience to avoid overstimulation. Super awesome they're inclusive like that! Parents of neurodivergent kids have an inclusive place for their kids to have fun! :))

I decided to stop in while wandering aimlessly last night and couldn't be happier with my experience. I'm only kicking myself I didn't get the names of the two employees. They were helpful and extremely compassionate, as I got a bear with a custom recording of my late cat's meow, and had a lot of trouble with the recording station. The person working the floor area came over and helped me with a few different takes. I would absolutely come back to this location for any more visits in the future and am extremely grateful for the kindness of the employees.

I couldn't be happier with my experience at this location. Our original bear's recording died and Michelle went above and beyond to help us fix it. The recording was of a deceased family member so you can imagine how important this was to us. I left the store with happy tears. Thank you to Michelle for your kindness, it means to world to us. And to Maggie for stitching up "Pop" and bringing him back to his original form. Thank you x a million ♡

I went there to stuff my horse my daughter bought me for my birthday. I thought it was a great idea from the beginning that they made this store. Victoria is a great employee. The manager Matt is awesome too
