“Was looking for a popular battery, internet mentioned all these stores that carry it. Started the search this number battery had 3 other types that would have worked, after the third store went to BATTERIES PLUS. Service person asked me what I needed, they had it right there. Don't waste your time with the other stores go directly here, hassle free and fast.”

“Jay is AMAZING! Call ahead, let him know whats going on. I had a VCR/DVD player that would not hold a VHS and the DVD tray was busted. I was DREADING buying a new one. Jay was able to fix the whole thing with used parts (new doesn't exist for something this old) He was completely transparent about only being able to get used parts and his price was more than fair! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! Now my toddler can enjoy all the movies we grew up on!”

“I came in to get my PC fixed after some screen and artifacting issues. I came out learning more about PC care than any other place had told me. The man spoke with clarity and in a way that I will remember. Very nice place. Both workers and other customers are also very nice when it comes to opening doors.”

“Michael has come twice to repair the washing machine covered by Assurant protection plan. He’s knowledgeable, able to explain what issues he’s addressing and the parts needed. He explained that the part the company recommends to use for replacement of the part actually doesn’t fit the structure of the machine. Michael is punctual, very pleasant while remaining professional, and respectful of the household.”
