“If I could give 6+ stars for just customer service, I would. John helped us out, the team spent two hours with us demoing various setups. We spent zero money but felt like we just spent thousands. Demoing what we wanted and what we didn’t even know we wanted. They asked room dimensions, what we have now in terms of a receiver and speakers. Matched a room close to ours and let us play. They have such a wide variety of speakers from entry level three figure to high end five figure speakers.
I remember walking into Best Buy a few weeks prior wondering how AV Therapy does against these big box stores ( I used to work for Best Buy 14yrs ago) and now I get it. What an experience. You got a customer for life! Will be testing out that Paradigm 600c tonight, thank you so much again everyone!”

“First time dealing with this location. I went there last minute notice. moving into a new apartment and needed some stuff right away. They are short staff, but you wouldn't know by the way they took care of me. It made me feel like they had a full staff and got everything done quickly and responsive. they were able to help me out very quick, very responsive. I don't know that their names.The manager and the assistant manager, but I will have to say their customer services by far the best!”

This is a place for audiophiles. This is for the serious stuff.
As I'm some ungodly number of hours into learning about this stuff, it seems very clear to me that the more I learn, the more there is to learn. Marc does his best to make it accessible.
There are many listening rooms and they're all quite amazing even though I don't exactly know what I'm talking about.
There's also a room for secondhand audio where I've bought a few amazing things at very reasonable prices.
There's a section where you can shop for records as well.
Lastly, there are a few brands of headphones they carry but it's mostly focal.”

“Aarons is THE best!!! I had an emergency move bc of a stalking situation and had to leave almost all my belongings behind. Aarons of Nashua was very quick to step up and not only help me furnish my new place, but helped me stay within my budget, with no pressure to spend more! I had to leave behind 3 Air Conditioners and when it was consistently 80 degrees in my home, I have pets as well, and couldn't afford a new AC that would cool my entire apartment, Aarons called a delivery employee who was off work, and delivered a brand new AC, installed it (im single and knew nobody to help me), and it was not only within my budget but it cools my entire apartment! AND had it delivered and set up within ONE HOUR! I didn't realize how sick the heat was making us (my pets too) until my apartment started cooling down.
Aarons I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOU ALL! You are super kind friendly and fast! I couldn't appreciate you all more than I already do! And I now have a cool beautiful new apartment that feels like home again! Thank you so very much! Sending you all blessings, love and light energies always ✨ 🙏 💛”

“I made a HUGE mistake. I switched my Verizon service to Xfinity to save a couple dollars and it was the worst service I ever had.
I tried to reinstate my service with Verizon and it was not as easy as I thought to do on my own. Now I am here sitting in the Verizon store for going on 3 hours and I am not mad or frustrated at all. These managers have been on the phone for this entire time trying to help me resolve something I would have not been able to resolve myself. I am listening to them repeating the same processes over and over, and multiple people helping at times. If I was any one of them my head would have exploded by now, however the store manager and his team are patient and knowledgable and when he is almost back at square one he keeps on going to help me.
I am not even sure if I am able to reinstate my service yet, but this review still stands. They are doing EVERYTHING they possible can to serve me as a customer that this store is going to gain probably nothing from because I am not buying anything and they are still giving me this time. I just want to say thank you to the Nashua Verizon store and share my experience because I literally cannot believe how far they are going to help me even letting my dog come in. I will always give my business to this store and I believe they deserve your business as well.”

“I got an advertisement from Consumer Cellular in the mail and calculated how much I could save by switching from AT&T so I went to Target to get more information and switch over. After waiting 20 minutes or so for the staff to finish with other customers I gave up and went to the AT&T store. The clerk at the AT&T store found me a plan that met my needs and cost $15 a month less than the plan I would have gotten from Consumer Cellular at Target. If Target weren't short-staffed I would have missed that opportunity. So thanks, Target, your short-staffing saved me a lot of money!”
