“If I could give 6+ stars for just customer service, I would. John helped us out, the team spent two hours with us demoing various setups. We spent zero money but felt like we just spent thousands. Demoing what we wanted and what we didn’t even know we wanted. They asked room dimensions, what we have now in terms of a receiver and speakers. Matched a room close to ours and let us play. They have such a wide variety of speakers from entry level three figure to high end five figure speakers.
I remember walking into Best Buy a few weeks prior wondering how AV Therapy does against these big box stores ( I used to work for Best Buy 14yrs ago) and now I get it. What an experience. You got a customer for life! Will be testing out that Paradigm 600c tonight, thank you so much again everyone!”
“First time dealing with this location. I went there last minute notice. moving into a new apartment and needed some stuff right away. They are short staff, but you wouldn't know by the way they took care of me. It made me feel like they had a full staff and got everything done quickly and responsive. they were able to help me out very quick, very responsive. I don't know that their names.The manager and the assistant manager, but I will have to say their customer services by far the best!”

He helped me to activate my new phone after 4 tech calls with the first one making it so I could not use either of my phones . The other three no help last sent me to Verizon store . John was able to work out the issue and activate my phone with no problem. Thses tech coach Verizon has thru assure need to lean there job of what they can and cannot do .”
“I placed a few online orders for pickup and the pickup process itself was quick and easy. The confirmation email mentioned bringing ID, but no one ended up asking for it.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because no shopping bags were provided. My first purchase was a PS5 (which was a gift), and it honestly felt awkward walking out of Best Buy holding it openly with no bag or printed receipt. I know receipts are digital now, but from a safety standpoint it would be nice to at least have the option of a bag, especially for higher-value items. My second order was much smaller (4k capture card) and again there was no bag offered.
I’m not upset about it, it just felt weird and a little inconvenient, especially if you’re buying multiple items. Overall the pickup experience was smooth, but having bags available would make it feel more complete and secure.
Also, PSA for anyone purchasing here: the standard return window is 15 days, not 30. However, if you pay for My Best Buy Plus ($50/year) or My Best Buy Total ($180/year), you get 60 days for returns. Definitely something to keep in mind before buying electronics.”

“I got an advertisement from Consumer Cellular in the mail and calculated how much I could save by switching from AT&T so I went to Target to get more information and switch over. After waiting 20 minutes or so for the staff to finish with other customers I gave up and went to the AT&T store. The clerk at the AT&T store found me a plan that met my needs and cost $15 a month less than the plan I would have gotten from Consumer Cellular at Target. If Target weren't short-staffed I would have missed that opportunity. So thanks, Target, your short-staffing saved me a lot of money!”
