“I'm a senior and so is my pup. She is 15 years old and my world. I want her last years to be the best possible, which includes getting her the food that will keep her happy and healthy.

Their website has issues but the store is willing to work with you to resolve any issues caused by website issues. Every staff member I've spoke to has been very helpful, professional, kind, and tolerant of my meltdowns when I'm having trouble ordering online.

Transportation is oftentimes an issue so I REALLY appreciate the free delivery with a minimum of $35.00+ after coupons, rewards, and discounts. I find it very easy to exceed the minimum, as my girl is my priority and I make sure she is well stocked with food, treats, and suppliments.

After purchasing our pup, they called us a few days afterwards to make sure everything was going well. I’ve had family members but most of their dogs from here. “I can't even be more thankful for Eden!! He is our families dog, stella is a pur rescue who absolutely loves life! She brings life to anyone who needs a good laugh or smile. We used to go to Petco for grooming, well they were not doing the job. She would still smell dirty when she came home! So I made a change about 4 months ago. I am so beyond HAPPY! EDAN, is her groomer and he always goes above and beyond. I usually have to make a separate visit for her nails to be trimmed and she has to be on medication. Well, Edan did her nails today! It wasn't without a fight from miss Stella. But, they put a cone on her and they got it done!! Thank you to all helped!! Stella and the Soucy family are so happy ?

“What a wonderful experience?! I met Sandy through a mutual friend. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and invited. These cats are truly part of a family from the very beginning. They are also socialized with other animals and children early on. Sandy invited me to meet her family and fur babies. My number one rule is being able to see where my pet comes from. Her cats are warm, social and beautiful, they greeted me and gave me kisses the moment I sat down. Sandy definitely has a love for the breed and life itself. “It was our 1st time coming to this PetSmart location on Friday 11/28/25. The manager Tyler was extremely helpful and super friendly. Nice big store , looked clean and really smell . I recently got two new Yorkie Puppies. My puppy was calmer in this location compared to other PetSmart's locations. They did have a large variety of Christmas pet toys and accessorys clothing bandanas and much more. When I'm in the area I'll most definitely check them out . We definitely love shopping at different PetSmart locations , there much cheaper than there competitor company.
