“Excellent service from the pharmacy team. They were quick efficient and super helpful. This was my first visit to this Costco. The pharmacist helped make it easier to pick up the meds I needed for travel and showed me step by step how to set up the QR and make my pickup easier. Everything from setting up my travel med appt to getting to the Costco went well and I want to give a huge shoutout to Elise the pharmacist for the amazing customer service I was given with contacting my health insurance and seeing what could be covered. Overall great experience”

“For the past year, my doctor has been submitting my prescriptions to the Walgreens on Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua, prior to that. I had always received my prescriptions at the CVS on Wood Street in Lowell. Lately, however. I’ve had three different times where I had received text notification that my prescriptions were ready to fill and then they were ready for pick up from Walgreens, only to learn later, they didn’t have enough supply and If I couldn’t wait for their next shipment, which they could not confirm, my only option would be to accept less of The prescription, reach out to my doctor to resend another prescription and hope that everything would be done in time so that I would not lapse in the medication. After the third time of this happening,, I decided that I would call the CVS on Daniel Webster Highway in Nashua Nh. I asked specifically if my prescription medication was.able to be filled immediately on my voice message. The CVS pharmacy got right back to me m, confirmed availability, asked if there was anything else they could help me with m, and also offered to call my doctor for me!
I called my doctor, had my prescription transferred over to CVS and I’m never leaving them again. They are so accommodating, friendly, informative, and caring! They also always provide a treat for my little doggy. He likes the CVS as well.”
“I accidentally dropped my earbud while getting a flu shot. The pharmacy recovered it and flagged me down the next time I came in grocery shopping. This was unexpected and very kind of them. Also it's a great pharmacy ! The employees are kind and effective.”

“I use this pharmacy for prescriptions that get filled monthly and sometimes more often than that. The staff has always been helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and gone the extra mile to phone my doctor to re-up prescriptions if mine are out of date or in disorder which they often are. They are sensible and reasonable; I'm not sure what the bad reviews are for. I've never had a bad experience, and I consider myself something of a complicated/problem customer.”

“I recently started to learn how to cupon,,, I been in so many CVS stores were in all of them I felt uncomfortable (NO PATIENCE WITH A LOT OF RUDENESS) BUT I finally found this CVS were I felt so comfortable with the employees both lady's been so patient and understanding with me,,, I even brought my mom, my sister and my daughter to this cvs,,, both lady's on the registered had been so patient and caring that I spend hours in this store,,,This CVs is 35 min from my home and honestly I don't mind driving that much for this cvs,,, I WISH WE CAN HAVE MORE EMPLOYEES LIKE THIS 2 lady's,, I don't know there names but honestly they need a reward,,,I always see them working organizing the store that's something I also like about this store

“There are so many bad reviews so I need to come and say I have had great service from this pharmacy. I have called several times recently. Didn’t wait longer than 5 mins on the phone. That’s not long!! Healthcare is busy! The guy pharmacist was very nice with all 3 of my calls! Answered my questions and we were done. I have gone through the drive thru to get my script and didn’t wait too long. Sorry all these people are having issues but these people are working hard.”
