“I like this Market Basket a bit more than the one in Somerset Plaza. Less people. This one has some classical hold music from the 1950's. The other one doesn't. You'll hold a bit during busy times. The people who pick up in the hot food section seem nicer as well. They're not as stressed due to lower traffic.”

“This is the only place I can go that always carries menudo and other Mexican goodies. They also carry the pre-made michelada cups which are great since most of the Mexican restaurants in NH have never heard of one.”
“Best price for cigarettes nearest the MA & NH border, and a casino about a mile down the road at the Nash! Also had some amazing hot food like bacon double cheeseburgers and potato logs hot and fresh for under $6! Clean store also, where the lines move fairly quickly even when busy!”
“This is by far my favorite Market Basket. Its newer installation, coupled with its cleanliness make for a very enjoyable a shopping experience. The staff is very courteous. The only suggestion I have is to teach baggers how to group groceries. Maybe as part of the training, they could have them unbag groceries someone elae has bagged and store them away in a mock kitchen.”

“I am glad to see this is still a corner grocery store. My family owned this store from 1935 to 1970 (approximately) when it was called Gaucher's Market. Many generations grew up working here, running the register (often on credit, which is no longer done), delivering groceries to the neighborhood homes in our white van and providing the local community with the best fresh meats from our deli counter. If you grew up on "French Hill" you all knew Gaucher's Market. I still have a large book of matches from a Christmas promotion (which many businesses did back then as advertising), a pencil and the official seal bearing the store's name on them. I am so glad to see that you are continuing the traditions of a corner grocery. My family is proud to be a part of your history!”

“This Whole Foods is a pleasure to shop at. The aisles are wide the store is huge. The produce is usually fantastic. Employees are helpful and courteous. The pastry chefs at the bakery, know their stuff. They also have an easy Amazon returns station. And that is why this location gets five out of five stars from me.”
“My Distant Past From My Older Other Time When I Lived On Eaton Street Back In The 1990's And Lived On Chestnut Street In Early 2000's Too ... The Business Was For A Convenience Store.. “I got my son’s birthday cake at BJs and I love the way they did the lettering. I didn’t ask for it that way but last year it didn’t come out the best penmanship so I was worried but when I picked it up it looked great! I decorated it myself with crushed up Oreos as the dirt & put the trucks I got as cake toppers off Amazon myself! The cake was delicious, fresh & moist! I had a lot of left overs and still almost a week later it’s still delicious. I also love their trays of the variety cookies I get every year too!”

“Excellent service! I have no complaints. The place seems worn out on the outside, however the inside is always well kept and I have never once seen a rodent or pest that shouldn’t belong. The prices are a little on the more expensive side, but I argue the quality of the goods and service far outweighs other heavy competitors nowadays!!!”

“Went one time recently for pistachio nuts and they were out. Typical check out they asked if I found everything I needed. I casually mentioned the absence of pistachio nuts. Before I finished checking out, a manager came back to announce they were out and someone dropped the ball.
Back a few days later they replenished the shelf with pistachios. Kind of impressed with their honesty and follow up. Go Trader Joe's !!!”
