“I was out of oil on 2/14/2025 and I called for an emergency delivery of oil. I was told the earliest delivery date was Monday 2/17/2025. Well, let me just say that the oil was delivered on Monday as promised. The kicker here was that I am not a regular customer with them, they went ahead and put me on the schedule like I was a regular customer. That is customer service at its finest. I did not have any interaction with the delivery driver, but he came he delivered and left my receipt at the door and it was emailed to me as well. I will be ordering from them again in the fall.”

“Let me start by saying this company oriveds such excellent customer service. No matter what my questions are or how many time I call them, and trust me, it's a lot, they do their best to help out. Listen people, it is out of their control if parts are back ordered. We have to deal with it. I dont know of many companies that will provide a space heater to get you through until they can fit you in to service a furnace. They do! They work with you as long as you're willing to work with them and you stick to it! The girls in the office are the best at what they do. Frank is super amazing and stays out late on a job to make sure YOU are safe and warm. Jerry, (I think his name is Jerry), delivered fuel today and was so polite. The man helps his people out at work and he takes care of his customers! I recommend BotlGas to one and all. We need more customer focused companies like this one.”
