  I had a slightly complex banking issue that needed some elbow grease to get resolved and Mike got it done. He put in the time making the calls and sending the emails that were needed to move the matter forward. He was super friendly, communicative, and professional throughout.

  Santander always gets mixed reviews. My experience so far has been generally positive. The facility is clean and pretty handicapped friendly. But why have braille instructions at drive-up ATMs? NH does not allow the blind to get driver's licences!

  They get 5 stars most days but the drive up ATM always has issues or is empty.Edit: they put a new ATM in so I am giving them a 5 star now
