Some of the most incompetent workers and manager. Dont come here if you don’t have atleast 1 hour out of your day. They lose packages and claim they’re “in transit” for weeks between them & the facility 5 minutes away. The manager, Jim, has absolutely zero clue and won’t answer questions

There’s a guy who was very rude to my boyfriend. Stating he “hates massachusetts people and don’t they have post offices in Ma” why should it matter. Beyond heated this guy shouldn’t be working here. Tall white going bald that’s why you’re losing your hair and wake up mad everyday.
