“My experience here was amazing! Judy and Leo helped me out even though I came in near closing and was inexperienced in shipping packages. I was unable to get the right box at the time and they found an even better box that fit my package perfectly and gave me a great rate. “Michelle is an amazing employee who works her butt off and consistently goes above and beyond. She treats every customer with respect and hustles every single day to deliver the best service and the most positive experience possible.
With that being said…
She should not have to work alone. Every day she faces a line out the door, overflowing packages across the counter and down the hallway, and the workload of multiple people—all by herself. USPS truly needs to hire additional help to support her. Having three registers but only one employee is not fair to Michelle, and it’s not fair to the customers relying on this location.

“Who reviews a post office anyway... Anyone who thinks USPS is bad has clearly never had to deal with UPS or Fedex on a regular basis. Careful what you wish for! I ship daily, USPS is usually 1/2 - 1/4 the cost depending on speed, location, and commercial account discounts (low cost UPS and FedEx services rely on USPS for final delivery), has comparable phone support (they all make speaking to a human difficult), and their online claims process is much easier and more likely to be approved. This particular post office is well above average in terms of wait times and anything else that matters, and all my carriers are great. Don't the people complaining have a McDonald's review to write? Geez.”
“I’m very new to doing almost daily deliveries through USPS. I have to say that the front desk assistants have been very kind, helpful, and VERY patient with me. I usually have 5+ packages to be sent out and the first couple of trips were difficult for me. I can’t remember his name but the man at the desk was so friendly and didn’t make me feel rushed or stupid. My multiple packages have also been shipped out the day of or the day after drop off which I appreciate so much for my customers! I will continue to do business with this Nashua location!”
