Great customer service. Mark was super helpful. We traded in and upgraded 2 phones which Apple Store down the aisle denied to do it. He even optimized our bill.

Five + stars for Mark. He goes above and beyond. He definitely hooked us up with all the deals and setting up a new line. He was so knowledgeable and got it all done super quick too. Had a dope experience at this store!! Joey is the man and took care of me when my phone quit on me unexpectedly. He made the whole process smooth and got me in out with a new phone and watch quickly. Anyone coming to Verizon at the pheasant lane mall go hit this guy up for your new phone.
