“Frozen unloading is Monday-Friday 5am to 9am. Strictly by appointment. Checked in at 5:30am for my 8am unload appointment. Got a dock at 7:30am and unloaded at 9:30am. Bills in hand at 11:30 am. Within a half mile radius there is all kinds of restaurants and stores. I recommend going for a walk once you bump the dock. They will text you when lumper is ready for payment. My lumper was $340 for 16 pallets.”
“Nice helpful staff. Had to pickup some very heavy furniture. They helped get it up on roof racks. Had to make 2 trips. 1.5 hours each way got there just before closing and they were not rushing us in any way.”

“The parking lot is too small, and the store was full. It's hard to move around and shop. I recommend weekdays for shopping. Avoid the store on Saturday and Sunday.”
