“Frozen unloading is Monday-Friday 5am to 9am. Strictly by appointment. Checked in at 5:30am for my 8am unload appointment. Got a dock at 7:30am and unloaded at 9:30am. Bills in hand at 11:30 am. Within a half mile radius there is all kinds of restaurants and stores. I recommend going for a walk once you bump the dock. They will text you when lumper is ready for payment. My lumper was $340 for 16 pallets.”
“Nice helpful staff. Had to pickup some very heavy furniture. They helped get it up on roof racks. Had to make 2 trips. 1.5 hours each way got there just before closing and they were not rushing us in any way.”
“I am not in the habit of writing reviews, but I just had an experience at the Costco on 311 Daniel Webster Hwy, in Nashua, NH that I feel compelled to share. It is one about 2 people doing a selfless act of kindness, out of thoughtful consideration for someone they had never met (me). In my rush to get in and out of the store and get to my bank to make a deposit, I foolishly lost $800 in cash while in the store. When I got to my bank, I realized what happened, panicked and headed back to Costco, hoping but not expecting that someone would turn in the $800. I was wrong. The Office Management let me know that the $800 had indeed been turned in by 2 people, one was an employee and the second was a customer. I wanted to leave some money for the employee (I think his name was Eddie) as a “thank you”, but the office personnel said they could not accept it. Fortunately, I did find the phone number of the customer and was able to reach out to her and convey my heartfelt gratitude. You see, most of the $800 was to rent some medical equipment that will be needed during recovery from a surgery next week. I am unable to find the words to adequately express my gratitude for this selfless act of kindness by two people I will likely never meet, one a Costco employee and the other doing their shopping at the store. Aside from my relief about recovering the money, I have this very good feeling that here are 2 individuals who exemplify some of the very best qualities in people.
Thank You!”
