“Ben's was great! It is rather large and sells many local and non local items. I was looking for a smaller sugar shack but this one does produce its maple syrup and candies in house which was very neat to see!”

The local meats, dairy, and produce are great, and I love that I can fill all my grains in reusable jars! Never sift through your expired spice cabinet again, get the amount you need so that you can have fresh spices with every meal! Plus the nitro cold brew coffee is a must while you shop around!”

“Not sure what I'd do without this little store in town. Everyone is super friendly, the deli is great, and they have 90% of anything you can get at a supermarket so if you forget to buy milk or flour it's not an hour long outing... I also have family members with dairy sensitivity and they always do their best to be sure unsweetened almond milk is in stock.”
“I love the e commerce department especially Maddie,Emma, and Kelly;the only downside for the entire department is Eric. When I come to pickup my order I can’t get a word in when Eric brings it out to me he gets so animated when talking and the last time I brought my daughter with me to pick up my order she started crying because Eric was talking very loudly and scaring her. Occasionally I’ll have the time to shop for myself and I’ll walk by the drive up and go area and Eric will be talking very loudly and swearing while the other people in the area stand looking very uncomfortable. I don’t understand why Eric is the assistant manager for this department because from where I’m standing it only seems like he hinders the rest of that team.”
“The store is always clean and well stocked. Meat and produce are great! The front end team is amazing, during my visit earlier this evening cashier 0113 was very attentive and expressed a positive attitude while providing outstanding customer service. The young man bagging my purchase was also very friendly and considerate of my items. I will continue to drive from another town and past 2 other grocery stores to shop at this store.”
“The staff are always very nice but overwhelmed. Boxes fill the isles so shopping at times can be very difficult. Not the staffs doing. They try to replenish the goods but it's not easy to do while waiting on customers. This store is the best of the best when it comes to the staff !! It would be nice if they could hire help during the night .”

Produce is fabulous as always. If you stick to the house brands including the all natural ones, the value is very good.
Do be careful! Overall they are pricier than other chains except for their own brands (which are excellent) and items on sale.”

“I've been here a few times in the past during those times the place was absolutely disgusting and the items were sometimes up to or over a hear out of date.This store has over gone a complete remodel and now I cannot find a single thing to complain about, the variety is outstanding for what it is, the shelves for the most part are stocked, they've brought in items that I haven't seen at other dollar general stores in my area.The best thing I like about it is the self check out, the one problem is if you have alchohol or you need cigarettes you'll have to go to a regular checkout and the wait time can be a little lengthy as I've typically only seen on person there doing just about everything.In the hour plus that I was in there as everything was moved around I did not see anyone at the register and the one person that had alchohol and wanted cigarettes left after waiting for fifteen minutes.The best part that this store has to offer is the refrigerator and freezer section and the selection that is offered and it is most definitely worth the drive as I live in troy and it's a twenty minute drive from where I live but it's more then worth it.I would highly recommend that you go and check it out just dont be surprised if you spend a little more time in there then you normally would because of the items they have and the remodel.”
“Customer service has slacked in the last year, you walk in and no hello, welcome to Walmart or how are you, it's like no one wants to be working so their bad attitude wears off to me the customer, not good!!!! And NO ONE EVER answers the phone when u call, that's bad for business!!!”
