“Promex is the place to go. I brought my Jaguar in for inspection and found out I shouldn't be driving it at all. One of the front springs was broken and could have caused a major accident. I had to leave my car and wait for my husband to get out of work to pick me up. Jim, the office manager, offered to give me a ride home so I wouldn't have to wait. (Seriously! What other shop would do that? None that I know of) Not only are they extremely knowledgeable they are also very helpful. Jim also sat down with me and explained everything in detail as to what was needed to get my car road-worthy. Promex is my new mechanic. A+++ for Promex and Jim.”

“Yes, same last name. He is my brother. I won't tell you he is cheap. What I will tell you is you get what you pay for. You have kids, want a safe vehicle to drive, want honesty, integrity, and hard work. Bring your vehicle here, and you won't have to wonder if your being taken for a ride. Something wrong and it's a safety issue, it will need to be fixed. Nice part is, your getting a phone call, not a bill, right away, unless you tell him to fix it. If it's minor and can go a little longer, you'll be told! Not just saying this cause he's my brother! I Bring all my vehicles to him also. I know how hard it is to find someone with all the qualities I mentioned before.”
