The young lady that checked us out was amazing. She was so sweet to my autistic daughter took time to talk to her about Harry Potter, my daughter loved her short hair. Kudos to you and your parent if they read this! You're a great person!

Great service from staff. I was buying men's thermal gloves in quantity of 20. Not quite enough in Seabrook store so friendly associate suggested I call Newington store. Associate there was glad to hold 13 of same gloves for me. Also very friendly and glad to help. She held the bag for me while I drove up. Other staff behind counter there also very friendly. Nice to see helpful friendliness during the busy season! Thank you Five Below!

I used to love this store and would stop in once or twice a month just to look around and see what kind of fun things I could find. Over the past three or four years, I've gone once a year at maximum and even then, I've regretted it every time. I stopped in yesterday and with the exception of the young lady who cashed me out, who was very friendly and pleasant, it was a terrible experience. The place was absolutely trashed- stuff piled up everywhere to the point of making it difficult to navigate aisles. The crowd was massive, which I realize isn't the fault of store employees but the mess made that even more of an issue than it already was. And lastly, for a place literally called Five Below, they sell an awful lot of stuff that costs more than $5 now. Even most of the "$5" items now cost $5.55 or $5.95. The quality has gone downhill as well, and most of the things available are cheap plastic or paper and nothing of interest. I don't see myself going back any time soon.

Love this store! Has a lot of unique items. Not everything is $5 and below though. Great place for candy, phone accessories, kids toys, and other things. Worth checking out.
