“This is one of my favorite Branch of Align. The Staff is so unbelievably pleasant and always making me feel very special. I am so very sorry to hear that Hannah, the Branch Manager left. Align is very lucky to have such amazing Staff at this Amesbury location . Pam, Hannah,Liz and Jennifer are all outstanding People. Love them all.”

“The staff are all nice and friendly and the manager is very helpful as well. Sometimes the wait at the drive thru can get alittle long but they work diligently to meet our needs. Their covid procedures are good. I've been an account holder with them for about six or so years now. And I've never had an issue. My uncle and one of the staff I'm unsure but I don't know if they get along. He always seems to have some sort of issue when he goes and I don't know if it's just himself or the staff having the issue. Not like a conflict just there's always something lol. I tend to be a bit clumsy mentally and I'm quite new to doing stuff with banking so I tend to be alittle slow. They're very helpful and nice when it comes to my questions and concerns. I had some questions about banking and the manager was very helpful although when we spoke over the phone I think I misunderstood what he said so I almost ended up opening another checking account when I actually really meant to just ask questions about it. My own mistake not theirs. They're a great place and I honestly would recommend it. They're surrounded by places to get food and drinks as well, the shell across the street also has a bathroom just in case you need to know.”

He was very welcoming and helpful, not only making the account opening experience easy but also giving some great advice to both my son and I. Most of my experiences with bankers have been either stuffy or salesy and this was neither of them!”
“I have been meaning to leave a review since opening up an account here and stopping at the ATM quickly reminded me to. How simple and easy it was to open both a checking and savings account here, made me feel so silly for how long I procrastinated switching to a new CU. It was a painless transition all thanks to Tiffany. I didn’t even have to wait long in the lobby to be helped. She was so nice and answered any questions or concerns I’ve had along the way. Even had to stop in to get a money order the other day and Tiffany helped me again behind the counter , and even ordered me my free check book for the year . “I hate banks, but I love Jack.
I came in with an account at a credit union, and Jack the manager came out and said do you need help. He walked out to the ATM and looked up what was going on in his computer and he even called my credit union with me. He provided the solution that ultimately worked. My own bank didn't even suggest using the insert feature rather than the tap feature!
Absolutely above and beyond.”
“My husband and I don’t go into the bank very often anymore because of the ease of online banking. Our last 2 in-person encounters with customer service have been exceptional. Both times we were lucky enough to be helped by Christie. What we thought would be complicated and time consuming transactions, were handled quickly and competently. Christie was so pleasant and easy to work with.”

“This bank is perfectly fine. Unfortunately, people prefer to write reviews when they are unhappy. Most of the time they don't even think to do it when they have a good experience. Including myself. I think I speak for most when I say 99% of my interactions with businesses are just fine. Only occasionally are they exceptional and could result in a positive review. The lack of reviews here suggests that people walk away with no issues at all.
I have been working with this bank through many different ownerships for more than 20 years. I'd have left by now if it was that bad.
