Wayne was helpful and steered us in the best direction without pressure. I liked him a lot. Friendly, funny and professional. My daughter worked for a larger competitor for about 20 years, so I’ve seen many sales people’s pitches. Wayne seemed genuine & himself. It was a great experience and will be back for a bed at some point.
