The Colonial Motel is a convenient, affordable, and family-run motel on the main street in Conway, at the edge of the retail district. Its location is ideal, within walking distance to almost everything in town, including breakfast spots. Guests describe it as a small jewel and a very good value for the price. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and classically furnished, with functional bathrooms that show their age but are clean; some have been updated. While the furnishings are practical and show some age-appropriate wear, the beds are very comfortable, the towels are plush and luxurious, and the carpet is very nice. Rooms include a large TV, easy wifi, a fridge, and a microwave. A notable issue mentioned is with the shower, where water temperature can fluctuate. Despite being on the main street, rooms are remarkably quiet. The exceptional, friendly service is a major highlight, with managers noted for being kind, accommodating, and going the extra mile. They provide a remarkable welcome and are quick to address any issues. The pool is awesome and very clean, and the grounds are well-kept with clearly marked parking. The motel offers an ice machine and spectacular views from rear-facing windows. Many guests stay every year and highly recommend it, stating they will definitely return.

Nice room and comfortable bed for a traveler looking for a convenient location. So many chain hotels are cookie cutter lodgings but this had some personality along with a clean, comfortable experience

Just look at the price and book it! The location in North Conway is perfect — restaurants, gas stations, and shopping areas are all nearby. The room was very clean and well prepared. If you’re planning to stay the night, this is definitely the place to choose.
