I recently moved to the area and have been in this store on two occasions. During each shopping trip, I have encountered an absolute top of the line customer service associate and, to be blunt and possibly corny, beautiful human being! I only wish I could remember her name!! But this lovely tall red head is the epitome of customer service! She is warm and welcoming, helpful, professional and absolutely top notch. In fact, this gal should be running this store and teaching classes on customer care.”

“Stopped in and confused poor sales associate. Got really great service. Had to go back for correction to charges. Bought another top.I ended up using my passport rewards for 5% discount plus $20 savings from settlers green website and further discounts. Got 5 pieces I can wear for a good 10 years for a little over $100 - that's like $20 or so per piece. Money well spent. Store as should be expected clean and organized.”

“This Old Navy is located in the shopping center, Settler's Green. There is ample parking and this store is large. There are also many amenities nearby. Old Navy is known for their affordable family apparel. It's even more awesome that it's tax free.
My family and I stopped in during our vacation. It's your standard Old Navy. It's large and organized and there were some good deals. The clothes are cute and I purchased some items for my kids. Overall, a nice spot to shop!”
“I never really wear jeans.Because i'm uncomfortable with my body.But the woman named sky, who is working there, made it very easy and helped me find a pair of jeans that really fit my body. She was very kind and helpful and patient with me. Because of the amazing customer service she gave me.I would rate this experience a ten out of ten. Seventy five dollars was a lot for me for jeans, but for my birthday, it was definitely something I wanted. I'm glad the experience was easy and quick.”
“I was looking for a specific style of skirt.After searching 6 stores my last stop was Talbots.I searches the whole store when I was about to give up,an employee helped me and found exactly what I was looking for in the back room.The tag said 119.00.At that point I was willing to pay.When she rang it up it was 19.00!
