The place was clean and I agree with one of the other reviewers that the sales staff aren't in your face but very helpful when help is needed. “The employees were so helpful and friendly but the clothing sizes lacked. Nothing over a size 10 for nicer shirts, 28 in pants, and mostly l in other shirts for women. If you’re a bigger girl you’ll probably just want to skip the trip and order online like I had to.”

I was looking for something to wear for an event I was attending the next day and had forgotten my suit back home. She asked me my size and proceeded to give me options from classic styles to more adventurous ones. She started a fitting room and stayed with us until the final selections were made. She truly made our experience stress free and provided helpful insights and recommendations.”

“The customer service here was top rate! I was shopping for a bathing suit and was so pleased to finally find a plus size store!!! It must be very popular with gals my size because the majority (98%) of the suits was 0's and 1's. I did end up finding one suit my size, and I bought it, but it is the most old lady looking suit I've ever had. BUT better any suit than none on vacation .... Like I said, the cust svs woman was spectacular and I'm sure there was more of a selection maybe a month ago. ?”

“Stopped in and confused poor sales associate. Got really great service. Had to go back for correction to charges. Bought another top.I ended up using my passport rewards for 5% discount plus $20 savings from settlers green website and further discounts. Got 5 pieces I can wear for a good 10 years for a little over $100 - that's like $20 or so per piece. Money well spent. Store as should be expected clean and organized.”

“My fiancé and I went in because I am a fan of Kate Spade and we hoped to find good deals with it being an outlet. Not only where we able to get a backpack, matching medicine bag, and a wallet for $130, we worked with the kindest and most helpful employee. Unfortunately we did not get her name, but the receipt says Mabel. She was incredibly informative, was able to find us the nicest products with the best deals and even complimented my style. It was obvious that she was trying to sell us on the products - as one does in retail - but it was done in the best way. I did not feel pushed into any direction or like I was being forced on products I did not want. If anyone goes into this store, look for Mabel to help you out! I love my products - thanks, Mabel!”
