He stayed in communication throughout the whole process, a process which I felt was transparent and honest. He even came to my work to appraise my trade after hours when our schedules didn’t quite align. Above and beyond! Kevin Langlois was also very pleasant to work with in the finance department. “After having my black 911 serviced, I picked it up and realized that the shop wiped down my car with dirty rags and scratched the clearcoat all over my perfect black paint. I was beside myself, but took my car to Dave and in less than 24 hours he had it, not only back to its original condition, but arguably better. “I saw the vehicle I wanted on their web site, so I picked up the phone and gave them a call. Ali answered. He was knowledgeable and friendly. With an appointment set up, I drove down from Portland, Maine and met Ali in person. A few hours later I drove home in my new Hyundai at a great price with a fair trade in value. The car was detailed and the extras that McFarland included, most notably the 3 years, 36k of service and exterior protective coating, helped to seal the deal. Ali worked with me throughout the entire purchasing process. For the first car I negotiated without the help of my mother, The entire trip to McFarland could not have gone better! “I took my 2020 Audi S4 here twice in the past few years. The first time was for autobody work, the staff were very professional and kept me in the loop along the way with everything that was going on. Had driven it for over a year before I ran into an unrelated problem with coolant leaking; they did a full inspection of my car determined it was something internal with engine, and would have to go Audi for repairs. They didn't charge me for any of the diagnostic work even though it sounds like they did quite a bit to figure out what the problem was. I appreciate the work/ help they did on car and would bring any of my cars back to their location. Very quick/ responsive team!”
