The first time was for autobody work, the staff were very professional and kept me in the loop along the way with everything that was going on. Had driven it for over a year before I ran into an unrelated problem with coolant leaking; they did a full inspection of my car determined it was something internal with engine, and would have to go Audi for repairs. They didn't charge me for any of the diagnostic work even though it sounds like they did quite a bit to figure out what the problem was. I appreciate the work/ help they did on car and would bring any of my cars back to their location. Very quick/ responsive team!”

“I had some minor damage that needed repairs and from the moment I walked in the door Linda was on top of everything. They not only helped me with my rental car and paperwork, they also discussed the process and what I should realistically expect regarding a timeframe.
After dropping my car off, I needed to come back and get a couple of things and they were great about sending someone in the back and retrieving the objects from the car for me. Very knowledgeable, very cooperative and the work that they did on my car was excellent. Additionally, the work was done sooner than their estimated timeframe. What a great surprise!
