“Stopped by this AutoZone in Northampton due to having had a ground strap just replaced. But my car was having no power so I stopped there to make sure that I had the right grounding strap installed. Let me tell you Chandler was on the ball he came out looked at it and helped make sure that it had been installed correctly took his time to clean the bolts and make sure the ground was connecting he could have gotten me for a new part but he didn't. That is my new go to for anything I need for my car. Two other Auto Parts places tried to sell me the wrong part. Thank you thank you thank you Chandler. Great job great customer service”
