They explain what they suggest may need serviced, but seem honest and not pushy about it and are honest about the urgency of the matter. The branded parts are obviously way more expensive than going with an off brand so one can choose on that aspect what they want. I recommend their servicing.”
“My husband came home to explain he was referred to Lane's by a co-worker. I explained I used to go this garage with my grandfather as a child. His son's Ron & Chris run it now, they grew up with all my cousins in Loudon. The boys treated us fair & did exceptional work - even sent us progress photos along the way. Once they were done taking care of business my husband came out to get me. Ron didn't know my married name but he knew more about my family than I did. “10+ stars! Reggie just SAVED my day. It's about 30 min before my work shift and my car dies. Total brick. I called Advance Auto and he answered all my Qs over the phone. Determined it was most likely the battery. I was able to get it jumped, brought it to the store, and Reggie tested, confirming it dead. Time of death, 4/18/26 12:30pm. He changed out my battery in what has to be record time because he knew I had a work shift about to start. That man should apply to NASCAR! Thank you so much, Reggie, I MADE IT TO WORK ON TIME!!”
