“We had purchased a desk from here, and a few years later, a wooden trim strip had come loose. His handyman Joe came to our home to make the repair...without payment. He fixed the desk in short order, and we are very pleased with the repair. He was friendly and congenial in his manner while here.”
“Unbelievable customer service! Small issue with a recliner chair and a service man was sent the same day. He replaced a part and it was resolved immediately!If that wasn't enough the gentlemen said "no charge" !! I had bought chair in 2020.Then I mentioned an issue with a draw on my dresser and he assessed the issue and said he would get back to us.The next day one of the owners called and apologized for not having piece in stock but would order it and call us when it came in.Where else would you get that service.Grateful,The Silvia Family”
