They are hard workers, solved several problems with hard to move items, polite and professional. Their team is a well oiled machine. If the need arises, I will definitely use Gentle Giant again. “I was a little skeptical of renting a unit from here because I was concerned about the lack of a human. But much to my surprise, the online rental was easy and upon arriving to open my unit, I met Mike (a human!!) who was so kind and helpful and made the whole process super easy. The facility has office hours to which I was unaware. He explained everything and even came out to show me how to use the lock. I left completely satisfied that my stuff is safe and that if anything comes up, I can give Mike a call!! Thank you Mike!!!!”

“So far so good. Looked at a small storage locker at one of the big extra storage places and the price was ridiculous. Like $200 min for anything. Came here and it was way cheaper for a small locker. Ended up not getting it but came back a couple months later and Nicholas showed us again and the process was super easy. Highly recommend the place if your looking for a decent storage space for that’s in a safe area. Only downside is you have to pay like $11 extra for insurance but you can prepay and get a small space for around $65-$90 if you just get a 5x10 like we did. But customer service was great and was never upsold hard or anything.”

She asked us if we needed anything and said if we need anything to let her know. We mentioned that we may need to get a bigger unit at some point and time and she told us not a problem that she could help us if she was working on the day we needed help. Well last night I went online to request a new unit that’s bigger and to my surprise it was Jodie that called my phone to help me, I said I think your the lady I spoke to a while back about a bigger unit and she she oh yes I know exactly who you are. ive recently switched to a job that pays bi-weekly. Some checks dont aligne with my due date. The team here is amazing. I called to let them know that it will be a late payment a few times. They informed me that my unit is okay to be paid on the day I give amd told me it will be locked but once they get that payment they will unlock it. Amazing customer service representatives and awesome units. Im so happy they are kind and understanding. I have a 10-20 unit at the price of $287 a month and its completely worth it for this place. Great communication and kind staff.”
