“Clean, safe, monitored by cameras. Teri and the other woman in the office are amazing and do their very best to accommodate you and give excellent customer service. My downside is the companies financial policy. It was such a a great deal moving in it fit my budget (I'm 72 on a fixed income) but a few months later...bang you're hit with a $60 increase in rent. ? Then when I left, I was there for only 1 week into the month, they couldn't prorate my rent. But, I'll be eagerly awaiting the return of my deposit to help offset the cost of moving into a new apartment. All in all, I'd recommend them-- just check on your move out date time frame if you hope to get a little money back.”

“They moved the books and supplies for the Five Colleges Book Sale: 4 moves over 2 months. The staff were very hard working and friendly. When we had more book boxes than expected they got more trucks automatically. The administration was responsive and clear about the services and cost. It was a wonderful experience!”

“Terri was very kind to call me when a payment didn't go through to give me a notice before a late paymentis applied. I let her know I would make the payment tonight or tomorrow once my paycheck clears and asked if they could hold off increasing my monthly payment for one of my 2 units since I noticed the increase right after I made an on-line payment a few days ago. Better still, if she could check if this unit was about to increase too. Not only was she able to reduce or hold back an increase for both units, she noticed my age and offered a senior discount that I didn'tthink of asking so I really appreciate her thoughtfulness to save me possibly about $100/ month for the two units!”

“Very good & professional company! They came with the right equipment and personnel to get our tricky job done. Very very glad we found Field & Sons. I think our home is actually better leveled now than it was before - the doors all close better now! If I ever need to move a mobile home again, I know who I'm calling.”

“Very satisfied with both staff members at the Lebanon NH location when I called for info and signed up for promotion. Very pleasant and helpful. Just hope rates don't rise too much after the promotion ends.”
