Did my taxes wrong even though I had noted that I had deductions that needed to be made. After looking at the paperwork, those deductions were not made. I will not use this service ever again because it cost me valuable time and money.

My preparer did not know how to handle the one aspect of my return that I brought my takes to H and R to handle. I had to return but she never called me back. I called a week later and had my return done the day before the 15th.
