“The gym is clean, well lit and a safe place to jump into kickboxing. I have found the trainers to be friendly and well informed. The workouts change which keeps everything exciting. Great place for a great workout.”
“Well saddle up, because The Port in Portsmouth, NH is one heck of a place to get your fitness journey back on track. I wandered in after a long spell out of the saddle and more outta shape than I’d like to admit—but the folks there welcomed me in like an old friend ridin’ into town. No cliques, no side-eyes, just good people lookin’ to sweat, smile, and feel stronger.
And let me tell ya… after two months, I’m seein’ changes in this ol’ body that have me hollerin’ “Yeehaw!” Can’t wait to see what month 6 and 12 bring!”
“They need to rename this joint mushroom
gym. I think the majority of the male clientele stopped wearing underwear about five years ago. Every time you go, it’s a free mushroom show. What a mess.”
“I'll be on my way to check it out shortly after my sons signs up for 38 a month however with income verification n qualification it's 20.ty Renee Jacqueline Krizanek”
“Truly Rewarding & Humbling Experience at Hybrid Fitness!
Wow—what a workout! Writing this review moments after walking out of the Tuesday circuit at Hybrid Fitness, and I’m feeling incredibly humbled and grateful right now.
Owner & Coach/Trainer; Ryan Clark, has created something truly special here. With over a decades of experience, and this gym established in 2013 -- he’s built not just a gym, but a community—one where every member inspires and motivates you to push harder, dig deeper, and reach new levels of strength.
Today’s class was exactly what I needed. I walked in not feeling my strongest, but after that incredible circuit cardio HIIT workout, I feel so much better than when I woke up this morning.
The energy in the room was focused! Everyone was giving their all. It’s that kind of environment that makes me feel like I’m part of something bigger, and I know I’m getting that extra push and accountability I need.
Ryan has crafted a perfect balance of hard work and encouragement. Whether it’s the weight lifting circuits on M/Th/Fri or the high-intensity cardio on Tuesdays, these classes really know how to kick your butt (in the best way possible!). No matter how tired or out of shape I might feel, there’s always a sense of pride and accomplishment when you leave.
You don’t just work out here—you grow.
I’m just so grateful to be back in this community. It’s been a while, but coming back feels rewarding.
Humbled, proud, and excited for what’s ahead! 💪Highly recommend Hybrid Fitness to anyone looking to challenge themselves, become part of an inspiring group, and see real progress. Leeeeeeeeeegggggoooooo!”
“I've been going to GAIN for 2 years now. I'm so glad I gave it a chance. I was very anxious about joining a gym as it was my first time walking into a crossfit gym but the coaches helped me feel so welcomed and at ease. They have been such a powerful support system on my weightloss journey. I'm forever grateful for them. They have educated and guided me along on this great journey. I look forward to my workouts 2x a week. I highly recommend this gym! 👌”

“We are so lucky to have Liz in the Seacoast! Her programming is balanced and challenging, and she brings an energy to each class that keeps you coming back for more. The variety of classes offered at LizFit provide something for everyone at an affordable rate. If you're on the fence, do yourself a favor and drop in for a class. You won't regret it!”
“This is my home away from home! I even miss PAC when I'm on vacation! LOVE Body Combat, RPM and the HIIT classes. Instructors our fun and inspiring. The gym is loaded with equipment, and there is plenty of space to workout. Join us!”

“Decent gym. Been coming here off and on for years. There's no better place on the seacoast. You will find others that are more clean and well that's about it because it's wildly expensive and there's no perks, nothing great. Small working areas and when your members pay a ton they allow free workouts nonstop. Other places are wildly crowded. Vanguard has always been there, sometimes busy sometimes not. These gyms are everywhere, that's another great thing. Only downside is the equipment suffers greatly. Most of the time there are pieces down, or broken, or sometimes you in the back of your mind think one more chest press and these dumbbells are going to fall apart and this will be my final resting place.”
“Positive: staff are great, equipment clean and easy to use, generally quiet environment.
Negative: hours are terrible, needs leg and buttock equipment geared towards female bodies, lacks saunas and cold plunges.”
“Just joined this gym and I’m seriously loving it! The vibe is super welcoming and the equipment is top-notch. I’ve already met some great people in just a week!”
