“I can’t express enough how much I recommend using Cliffs Auto Body! The attention to detail from the owner and his very qualified staff give. I had a front end collision and brought my truck there. They did things they didn’t have to and came back better than before the accident. I had worked at a dealership in Keene in the service department for 7 years and seen the workmanship from many Keene area body shops and hands down Cliffs blows the quality out of the park. Best area body shop period. Paint and body work, the end process of cleaning the interior when they are done (nobody else does this) it just a nice final touch. So glad I found this place as they tacked several items of differed maintenance, including oil & air leaks, 6 new tires, an alignment and numerous other issues. “I gave these guys a 5 star review even though it took them 4 + weeks to get the vehicle back from them. No one, or very few people are so situated that they can wait 4 weeks for a vehicle. I was told 2, initially, and than when I went to pay they gave me the runaround and told me it could be as much as 3. It ended up taking 4. Bottom line, be prepared to be patient. Aside from that, all the work got done that was promised, I got the truck right in to my mechanic here in Maine and they said it passed with flying colors. Great truck!! Runs like top. Aside from the fact that they are a small crew, these guys are solid and stand by their work. 1000% recommend. Truck was cleaned when it got to me. And they brought it to Exeter for a bit more when it was ready. Alan and Eric are good men in a thankless profession.”
