“Can't say enough about Cameron's automotive repair shop in E. Rochester off rt 202 if correct this might be Cameron's 5th year in business. Cam is a very fair and very honest hard worker and a family man. His prices to me are always very fair and competitive. I believe he has 3-4 bays in his shop to work with. I am all about preventing maintenance on my 3 automobiles and Cam understands this, it's a great place to make appointments ahead of time not a place where the shop has no work it's always busy, and on rare occasions, he may be able to squeeze you in depending on the time of day and how long of a repair it may otherwise make an appointment and drop your automobile off his hours are 8-5 pm Monday- Friday do a meet & greet. I am not building his business up that's not needed in any way i am always pleased to see his shop very busy because busy means he is staying in business and not a fly-by-night business he's a family man and has hard workers. People in E. Rochester needed this garage to open back up, so when Camron opened up I went there just to introduce myself and welcome him to the area roughly 5 years later i am enjoying and very pleased to be writing this review because all his prices have been very reasonable and I have never had any type of problem. I am always happy to find a
reliable and fair automotive shop the bonus is it's only a 5-minute walk to my home in our small friendly village in E Rochester off rt.202 also does state inspection stickers another plus This is an easy 5 ? ? ? ? ? Camron is a hard-working family man”

“No complaints what so ever the owner are husband and wife. I accidentally went over on a day they were closed to get my car looked and and the husband took time out of his day off and talked with me for 2 hrs about my car a schedule and appointment for me. I know it's what a business owner should do. But considering the way the world is atleast in the USA. They gain my business and loyalty for that day so far I've had 3 separate appointments. While only being disappointed that I'm spending money to fix my cars problems. That's on me and I'm more then satisfied with the work being done and actually trust them with my car and what they say I need. Dealer ship told me I need a new motor because my oil passages were clogged when the changed a sensors and the code didn't clear. The owner basically laughed and said yeah probably not. More then likely they just wanted you to sell your car to them for next to nothing and convince you to buy one for more then it's worth.”
“My brother in law & my family use/refer Strafford; recently, I needed some work (door damage from pulling out incorrectly). BIL said "don't use the crooks over in your state, next time you visit Mom, have Stafford do your car". That's what I did; turnaround faster than promised and final price just over the minimum in the quoted range they'd given me. So...if you're local, use them. If you're from out of town, take a vacation in the Seacoast and get your car repaired. Body & mind & car refreshed in one visit to NH.”

“Deer strike resulted in significant damage to my Toyota Camry Hybrid. Tim did an awesome job in making it whole. Incredible attention to every tiny detail.***** Kathy in office was helpful. Owner Jim was clear in explanation of all that was done including calibration. As others have noted, yes, there was a delay in getting parts, but seems this is the norm in auto world right now. Highly recommend.”

I brought my older vehicle to him for a second opinion and he was very honest, taking over three hours to inspect the vehicle, creating a laundry list of missed maintenance, and letting me know I might be better off to cut my losses. Even though my car was there for the better part of a day, he did not charge me for the work. If you’re like me, and don’t know much about cars - you can trust this shop.”

“We have been coming here for a couple of years now with my ancient 1997 Wrangler (and our other family cars), and the experience has been great every time. Eric is brilliant at identifying the underlying causes of the issues we occasionally have with the wrangler, and we couldn't be happier with the work he has completed on our cars. Everything from transmission issues, to problems with the clutch, 4wd, auto body repair - i would definitely encourage anyone who needs automotive work done (regardless of make and model or age of the car) to talk to Eric.

“My Hubby & I highly recommend Torq Offroad to anyone & everyone!! He bought our new Dream Pickup Truck from Ben about 1 - 1 1/2 months ago (March 2024) & we couldn't be happier!! Not only was the price reasonable, but after we got it home we had a few minor things come up with the truck & we went back & told Ben what was going on & he stopped working on what he was working on & came outside & put our new starter in & didn't even charge us! (My hubby still gave him $$ though) & again today he helped us with our fan issue. Ben is very nice & has made a lifetime customer with us!!”
