“Great guys, really accommodating. My brother and I both have purchased vehicles from them. They stand behind what they offer. His wiper motor wasn't working. As a mechanic myself, and seeing how busy these guys are, its something simple to get overlooked, An honest mistake. Especially not being a common failure point on a newer vehicle. But with no song and dance , they took him back in right away, gave him a loaner, and offered him a few free oil changes for the inconvenience. Not many places would do that. I usually urge people to stay away from dealerships, But these guys are certainly an exception. Coming from someone with years of management in the industry myself, that should speak volumes. Highly recommend Kevin as your go-to. The owner seems like a great guy as well.Make Second Your Last !(I'll take a royalty if that becomes slogan ?)”

“The amount of work they put into their cars alone is impressive, but so is the outstanding customer relationships they build. Saw one of my favorite cars on their site, a Subaru WRX, and was immediately in love. Reached out and got a response almost instantly from Matt. Told him I was coming down to just look at the car when they were closed and was surprised when he came out and greeted me and my father. Went out of his way to even test drive the car for me as I haven't (until I bought it) driven a standard. Perfect communication leading up to the sale, and probably more patience for my bank than I had LOL. Really happy with how things went and big thanks to both Matt and Woody.Surprisingly, I only stalled once or twice on a hill that had a stop sign, didn't smell any clutch or anything so must've done a good enough job for my first time. Tim did an Excellent job replacing the seals, it now runs as good as new, and it doesn't leak one drop! My Granddaughter now uses that car every day to go to school. “Today, April 25, 2023, I called EDT&A and inquired about getting tires for my vehicle. I spoke with Denny on the phone, and he was very helpful and polite. I arrived at the garage for my scheduled appointment and was met by Denny and his father Dennis, whom were stationed at the counter, ready and waiting to help me. They were able to walk me through the process of my method of payment and then took my vehicle right in, about 2 minutes later. The technician Kevin was very good and did a wonderful job on my vehicle. It took him only about an hour to do a 4-wheel alignment and then replace all 4 tires on my vehicle. These folks are very professional and very careful when working on the customers' vehicle. I was pretty impressed with everything I received today. Although I will not need the mechanical services going forward, as I have a regular mechanic who takes care of my vehicle, I want to share my experience with everyone and thank EDT&A for what they did for me today. They are a great option, if you're shopping around for tires and such. Even as a one-time use (as I did), I recommend them to anyone. He found strong evidence to suggest that the cabin and oil filters had literally never been replaced before i took it to him, among other major issues, despite having used exclusively Honda service centers before now.When he found evidence of an oil leak from the transmission, he insisted that he would make himself available as late as it took to get me back in as soon as he could possibly get replacement oil in order to minimize my time on the road without fixing and risk of damage to the car.”

“Phil went above and beyond on my 2013 F150! I brought it in to have rusted rocker panels fixed to pass inspection.First he invited me to stop by so he could check it out. Phil took a look, said no problem, gave me a quote and squeezed me into his schedule. He had the repairs done early and on budget…but I was so pleasantly surprised to find my truck detailed inside and out and additional small rust areas were fixed as well which were not in the quote. The truck literally looks better than new (and it passed inspection after these repairs).From the first phone call to picking up my truck, this was a professional and courteous experience. “Got my truck from a dealer, I was about 10 mins away when it wouldn't start at all (second time this happened). I called in to the shop, and the owner on the phone already knew the issue from hearing it, it got brought in and it was confirmed he was right. He worked with my warranty company and told me he was gonna make sure anything the dealer missed he would correct and make sure is up too safety standards. This is the only place ill go for any work in the future. Highly recommend to anyone!”

“I’ve been to quite a few places for my car in the past. What I love about this particular location is if you don’t need work, they will send you away. They never try to upsell. I was having issues this time with my crankshaft sensor.. I had looked up, known causes for what my car was experiencing and knew to expect That if they ran any diagnostics, it wasn’t going to return any results. They were concerned that changing the crankshaft sensor wouldn’t fix the issue I was having. They asked me to bring it to the dealership. I know any trip to the dealership Is a guaranteed two grand trip. I rolled the dice on the crankshaft sensor because I had already done research and knew for sure that that was the issue.. They were extremely concerned that it wouldn’t work. They really didn’t want to do it. This to me is a mark of an honest Shop. Though I was there for three hours For what should’ve taken 45 minutes. I do understand and appreciate, The diligence with which they operated. My car has not had issues Since I left. Before it was stalling at every stoplight. Every time I re-restarted it was a rough start And the RPMs would not register. I am by no means a mechanic And am grateful for people who know their stuff!Service: Steering & suspension repair”
