“No complaints what so ever the owner are husband and wife. I accidentally went over on a day they were closed to get my car looked and and the husband took time out of his day off and talked with me for 2 hrs about my car a schedule and appointment for me. I know it's what a business owner should do. But considering the way the world is atleast in the USA. They gain my business and loyalty for that day so far I've had 3 separate appointments. While only being disappointed that I'm spending money to fix my cars problems. That's on me and I'm more then satisfied with the work being done and actually trust them with my car and what they say I need. Dealer ship told me I need a new motor because my oil passages were clogged when the changed a sensors and the code didn't clear. The owner basically laughed and said yeah probably not. More then likely they just wanted you to sell your car to them for next to nothing and convince you to buy one for more then it's worth.”

“First time using Torq Offroad for any services especially a lift and I was very satisfied! Came in for a quote on a leveling kit instead went with a 3.5 inch Readylift SST for my 2020 Ram 1500. The price was reasonable especially for the parts and the labor. The lift parts came in a week later and had my truck done within the next day! My truck looks so much nicer and rides so much smoother than stock. I also got new tires and wheels and they fit perfectly. Ben did a fantastic job on my lift and he was very upfront about everything. He was very nice and communicated with me about everything. I recommend this place to anyone that wants to lift their truck! Will definitely be back in the future!”

“Called them on a weekend to have a recall from 3 months ago fixed on my 2021 truck. They looked up my parts and the potential for other recalls and got me a appt very quickly. Drop off was quick and easy, the techs were extremely friendly and polite they even inspected my truck early to save me time this summer! Note I didn't even purchase my truck from them but the dealership who did sell me my truck honestly couldn't be bothered with me. If i could give more stars I would. Just wish they had a better inventory of trucks as I would have purchased from them... maybe next time”

“VERY impressed! I went in with a deal just about locked in at another dealership...and I told Tom at Motor City this up front. The only issue holding me back at the other place was lack of trust and integrity. Earlier in the week i had already scheduled a meeting with Motor City the same day I was ready to close the deal at the other. I was ready to cancel but Tom asked what I had to lose - true! So that got me in there...and boy am I glad I did! The other place I felt like it was just another sale to them. At Motor City, I immediately felt welcomed and comfortable. Tom was very open, candid and personable. After looking at the truck I was interested in and taking it for the test drive I knew I had a difficult choice ahead of me. This was the one that I wanted...the one at the other place would have been just settling. I know the ultimate goal of any dealer is to make a sale. But at Motor City they took it to another level - they wanted to EARN my business...and in the end they certainly did! A couple of times while doing the numbers I was ready to walk, I just didn't think it was going to work out. They asked me to hold tight with them while they continued to work on their end, and I'm glad I did because ultimately we worked it out together and were able to finalize a deal. And let me just say I am ecstatic that they worked with me to get the truck I wanted. Keep in mind not every transaction is the same. What happened with me may not happen with you, every circumstance is different. I assure you my review here is 100% honest, true and legitimate. I am thoroughly satisfied and happy with the entire process. Thank you Tom and thank you Gary at Motor City! I highly recommend them and will certainly tell all my friends and family”
