“My mother and I were on our way home from a shopping trip when our tire blew while on the highway. we happened to be close to the town fair tire in rochester so we luckily were able to make it there. We walked in 30 minutes before they closed and asked if there was anything they could do for us. The nice gentleman, Nate, at the front counter was more than helpful and went above and beyond to get the tire replaced and us out the door very quickly. Town fair tire stayed open an extra 15 minutes past close to help us out. Everyone there was friendly and quick to help us! The tires on my mother’s car are not very common to have in stock and town fair tire did infact have the replacement we needed. Thank you guys so much for all of your help. “I was in Rochester and my car broke down about 5 min away from this dealership so I decided to see if they could help me out and to my surprise the owner Jason was more than helpful he drove back to my car and did a little diagnostic and he found the problem towed me back to his shop fixed the issue and I was on my way it took about 15 min total and he never charged me a dime so I tried to give him 50.00 but he refused said to just think of using him as my mechanicOr if I need a new used car well I am from the hooksett area and I will be taking the ride whenever I need work done thanks again Jay you are a solid guy”

“It’s 11pm, you’ve had a long day, you’re finally en route, 40 minutes away from the place you call home, but wait…life has other plans for you, such as two flat tires. The thought of having to call for a tow is the equivalent of the misery you experience at the DMV, the ER, etc. Well tonight, my experience with JOHN, from Dave’s Tri-City Towing separated the dreaded tow from everything else.After requesting the tow I don’t think 10 minutes had gone by before John pulled up. I honestly did a double take. He had my Land Rover secure, riding piggyback in the blink of an eye. I knew as soon as I saw the Reese’s Peanut Butter cups on his dashboard that my ride home wasn’t something I needed to dread. He was extremely professional, kind and easy to have a conversation with. I also can’t forget to mention that he drove the Rolls Royce of tow trucks. And I think above all else he was far more aware of his surroundings than the average driver; while on 95 he noticed long before we caught up, a semi who’s operator had been claiming two lanes for some time. John made a point to put as much distance as possible between the two trucks as we passed. And yes, he checked his mirrors, blind spot and used his blinker!What I anticipated to be a pain, a headache, an inconvenience, a test of my patience, an awkward ride with uncomfortable moments of silence, something I just couldn’t wait to be over with ended up being the complete opposite of all the above.So in the unfortunate event that you need a tow, save yourself the time and hassle of figuring out who to call in hopes that you get a guy like John. “Had my first service experience at Country Tire and Service today. It will certainly not be my last. I had made an appointment for 9 AM to have my tires rotated and the state inspection completed. I arrived a few minutes and was cordially greeted by Scott and another fellow, both very nice. They offered me a token for coffee in their waiting room which was an adjoining coffee shop. I left them my fob and said I had been told that it would take about an hour when I made the appointment with Lauren. Scott said, I would be out sooner than that and, in fact, I was on my way in less that 40 minutes. Very professional experience and I had the strong impression that this is a company that treats folks honestly and fairly.Service: Tires”
