“Had an odd issue with the misplacement of my bank card after going through the ATM. The ladies were all very nice inside and Meghan was able to pull up the video to verify she saw me pull my bank card back into the car. What a relief!! Found the card about 1/2 hour later after pulling my car apart for the third time (super odd hidden spot). Thanks Ladies!! Much appreciated!!”

“Great bank and mortgage loan officers (especially Nicole Ames). Helped me with my home loan and all the issues that arose (trust needing updated), referral to a better insurance company and also coordinating the ever changing home closing dates. Would recommend to anyone wanting a home loan from a great loan agent that goes the extra mile for clients. Also love that my loan will not be resold.”

“Today I had to go to the bank, and I’ve had a very stressful week. I was upset when I got there, but pulled myself together before walking in. When I stepped out of my car the actual key part of my key fell off the fob and I couldn’t start it, my phone had died and I didn’t know what to do, I fell apart again and started crying. Since I was already there i went in and asked if they had a charger. I was so embarrassed. One of the ladies told me I could use her phone, so I did. None of the calls were going through but I was too embarrassed to say, so I just said I was all set, but then the other lady at the front desk had asked me if I needed a ride. I ended up figuring it out, I just wanted to come on here and say thank you so much for helping me out! I was so embarrassed but these two were so sweet about it even though they were busy.”
“The tellers have been friendly, and I've never had an issue with service or protection. I have left a couple of times seeking better interest rates or lower fees, only to be bombarded with banking errors and terrible customer service from other local establishments. . I have learned my lesson and am staying out. If you are happy with near 0 interest rates in return for your money actually being safe, this is a bank for you.”
