Rochester CVS has always been helpful and pleasant, but this new system where I can't even speak with a pharmacist is insane! If I need a prescription ASAP I have to "hope" they listen to the VM in a timely manner?! I've seen how busy they get. I find this to be a very backwards way of doing things

If you are looking for something and can't find it ask for Draven or Harley they are both very professional very Knowledgeable on where everything is.

BOGO % 58% is the sale with only 1 item on shelf and a cashier who just chuckles. Very less than professional.

If I could give it a Zero I would. I have been going to Walgreens for years and an insurance I had forced .e to go to CVS. No issues with Walgreens ever CVS issues every time. From a paper sign that they are closed when I drove out of my way to get here to every time a prescription amount is different or wrong. I thankfully have new insurance and wont ever have to come back here again. They then send me away so they can "fix" their issue. Waste of gas time and money. If you are going here please check what you are being charged every visit.

Thank you to the pharmacist at the Rochester CVS who questioned my son's prescription. The original instructions were written for him to take 10 tablets each day for three days. It should have been ONE tablet each day. Again, thank you!

Came here for a medication that is out of stock in many pharmacies in the area. The woman Tyana behind the counter went above and beyond for many people facing outrageous prescription prices, one over $1000 (she kept trying various solutions until it came down to $20) She, and everyone else at the pharmacy were very kind. I know it’s hard to stay friendly and to take the extra step when things are really busy. Exceptional service, especially given the workload.

The only reason ICome to this pharmacy is for the drive through which is always broken. Thinking of switching my medications elsewhere since this is the only reason I come here. How can you advertise drive through but yet it's always broken, also the covid test lane can go now and reopen for meds. This is nuts and every time u g egg my meds they act like I'm bothering them and the yes can't stand me. Refused to give me my meds I have been on for ten years without insisting I talk to a pharmacist because my dosage is high, she got real apologetic when I told her I have been on my meds for ten years and I know what I take and this question has never been asked before. My doctors write me my meds your job is to fill them not question the order. If I had questions I would call my doctor mot you

Strangest set up outside of drive up - sign say one thing “both lanes open” but right lane has another knocked over sign blocking entrance - I asked girl at drive up and she said that lane closed - well won’t u remove signs that says both lanes open

Also, the UPS scanning for dropoff is utterly stupid. Waste of time for everyone. Never had an issue dropping them off at Staples. Why waste time including employees???***The drug prices here are 2-3 times that of using GoodRX at Hannaford across the street. I didn't realize until recently; definitely check the prices and make sure you're not getting ripped off! It's ridiculous considering I pay for health insurance yet even GoodRX at CVS is useless.

I went there yesterday to drop off a ups package. I was given a scan code & was assured that they would be able to print the label using it . Well the kid at the counter who claimed to be a manager did nothing but talk down to me . He even went as far as to show me a different package with a label already on it. I wasn't given a label I was given a scan for the label to be printed out. I don't need to be shown someone else label by an arrogant child who has a superiority complex. I know what a freakin label looks like
