Members appreciate the friendly and helpful staff at various branches. For example, Ali at the Rochester location made the process of setting up membership and the mobile app easy and pleasant, providing excellent customer service. Similarly, Bri from the Rochester branch assisted with an auto loan, explaining everything clearly and efficiently, making the experience smooth for the member. However, experiences with account security have been mixed. One member faced a stressful situation when their account was hacked and overdrawn. Despite initial difficulties in getting timely help, Angel from GSCU went above and beyond, explaining procedures, verifying charges, and transferring funds to help manage the situation. The member expressed gratitude for Angel’s kindness, describing her as a “Guardian Angel,” highlighting the caring and compassionate side of the staff. Overall, Granite State Credit Union is committed to supporting its members through various financial needs with dedicated staff who strive to provide good service, clear communication, and genuine care. I enjoy being a member of this credit union. Lately when I needed a bank check for a down payment on a car, service was fast, genuine, and “on point”. Tonight I needed to order checks and Jonathan got me in and out, with 16 checks in 5-10 mins. Highly recommend!
