“Wit-Way supply (I believe his name was Dave) saved my sanity. After diagnosing the problem with my furnace as my house was 42° I called Lenox. The company it was made by, rudely informed me within two minutes they refused to sell me a $30 switch for my furnace because I was not an HVAC company. Dave even had me bring in the broken one to make sure that was the problem and sold me one that was compatible the same day. He was very helpful and asked all the questions to make sure I had troubleshot correctly. He did not need to even take the time to do that. I highly recommend WIT-WAY Supply~ Once I got home installed the switch I had heat instantly. Thank you for saving me what would have been thousands if I had to go through Lenox and a mental asylum. P.S If you're reading this, don't buy #Lenox.”
