“We went to Walmart auto center to have four tires mounted and balanced. We were given an appointment over the phone, but when we arrived, it turns out the appointment was not available. We needed the tires put on because we had to travel to a graduation the following day.
The manager of the auto center stayed late (after hours) and did the job himself. He also applied a discount for the inconvenience. I would recommend anybody who needs tires or auto care, Go visit Paul, the shop manager, at Rochester Walmart auto center. We couldn’t have asked for better customer service, and he made what could have been a bad situation, hassle-free.”
