275 Portland St, RochesterI'm a dog person and went there for some Fromm dog treats that everybody in my dog training class is talking about. This store has the largest selection of dog toys in the area and many brands that other stores don't have. Of course they have stuff for farm animals, pets, and home and garden needs. Prices look good compared to other stores.
But the people at the cash register are lacking in basic customer service skills. No greeting at all. In fact not a word was spoken through the entire ring out process.

My pup can be anxious at times but she is always overjoyed to see Libby and the rest of the team. They are warm, welcoming, and treat Bagel as their own. I always know she is in the best care at La Pooch! Highly recommend to anyone in search of a groomer, would not take my pup anywhere else!

I am hoping to keep Bobby well and do some regular well visits to monitor his condition. A vet that listens without thinking I am a nutty cat owner.

3 Rochester Neck Rd, Rochestermy Lucky needs a tooth extraction the place I usually go quoted me over $700. I wanted a second opinion and hoping for something less. Dr Moon was great he quoted almost $500 less than the other vets. he seems really nice. thank you Dr Moon for taking the time to check him over and getting Lucky in for surgery next week.

The Garage at The Governor's Inn
78 Wakefield St, RochesterWhen we go to the garage we will typically eat at the Inn first then go next door to the garage, a large outdoor area with a lot of seating. There is a stage on which all different bands play throughout the warmer months. When it is colder they sometimes have music inside. It is a very fun atmosphere, people are very friendly and the servers are the best!! They seem to know everyone, remember what you like to order and are super friendly. Always service with a big smile!! You will also see the owners frequently walking around at the garage and the inn as well and they are very friendly too! I have not found another venue like this anywhere around us and look forward to more great times at the garage:)!

FuRRR Feline Rescue
73 Pickering Rd Suite B99, RochesterFurrr is a very kind and ethical cat shelter where the cats receive excellent care and place them for adoption. Our experience was wonderful. We identified the cats we like from their webpage then arranged a visit to meet them. The cats were then vetted and a date was set to pick them up. They provided all of their medical records, a supply of the medication one of them was on for allergies and a bag of toys. We recommend them highly. The cats we adopted are amazing.
