Both inside and outside, enjoying the food trucks, the great bar (and food), bathrooms and wonderful service from the staff. Highly recommended.

The Freedom Cafe of Durham
37 Main St, DurhamBeen coming here for years. Great vibes, I love that Socratic Society (philosophy student org) still comes here. The place is a non-profit that works on bringing awareness to human trafficking, child labor, etc. The food is always good. The staff are really nice and professional. I don't know if I've ever had their coffee. I'm more of a tea guy and they always have about two dozen teas available. I'd highly recommend to anyone really, but especially if you like tea and solid food options (crepe's, sandwiches, omelettes).

48 Main Street, DurhamThe staff were very friendly and accommodating to our large group for a late lunch. Food was delicious - chowder is very thick and creamy, the sandwiches were very yummy and the dipper fries were really good. Would definitely return!
