Had to go to Verizon twice in the last 4 months. Usually go to the store in Dover which is like a car dealership. Not a fantastic experience. Jonathan helped me activate Apple Watches for my kid’s Christmas gifts. He was pleasant, helpful and provided tips for giving cellular devices as gifts. He even noticed we would need different blocks from those we had for our older phones to charge the watches. Thanks Jonathan!
