Cell Phone Stores in Rochester, NH

“Needed a new phone for a medical app. Old phone too old . Went to this store because of its reviews. Tom McQueen got us a great deal on two new Pixel 11 Pro phones with a new promotion that just started. One for me and one for the wife. FREE PHONES!!!!!!! You can't beat FREE! Tom was very helpful and knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. No pressure. A couple of learning and technical issues after we got them home but we went back and he straightened them out. Would definitely do business with them again. So far we are enjoying the new phones. A few new things to learn switching from Samsung phones but so far so good 👍👍👍”

“Nate was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. I highly recommend this AT&T location and appreciate the great service Nate provided!”

“I am a new customer to T-Mobile and as a 30+ year AT&T customer, I was a little reluctant to make the switch. I have to say that everyone with whom we interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable and worked together as a team. The manager (Dylan) was picking up lunch for them on his way in, he was there to answer his staff's questions and did everything to move the process along! Great job K.B., B.P. and Dylan! I had an after-hours technical issue that was also handled in top notch fashion, thank you Adam! Highly recommend this crew to give your business to. I went back today and they assisted with my prior carrier payoff process. 5 stars all around!!”

“I don't even have a Verizon phone question or a plan with them. There were 10 people in the store when I arrived and yet I was read it on immediately. I was mistakenly sent here by Walmart smart talk phones. But I must say, if I was looking for a planner or a phone, these guys would have sold me zipety quick. They were all pleasant, and I guess as if they had all the Time in the world even though they were out numbered with the people with questions. I have been sitting here for a half an hour plus, waiting for my ride to pick me up and they have handled so many people in that time. Ever is in charge of these guys is exceptional.”

“Best Verizon store on the east side... I have been to all of them, up and down Route 16. Yesterday I tried a shortcut and used a different satellite Verizon store and ended up coming back here again. Simply because these guys know the tech, they know the phones and they are simply the best professional Verizon people. Don't go anywhere else. Go here and ask for Benjamin.”
