“I took my 2020 Audi S4 here twice in the past few years. The first time was for autobody work, the staff were very professional and kept me in the loop along the way with everything that was going on. Had driven it for over a year before I ran into an unrelated problem with coolant leaking; they did a full inspection of my car determined it was something internal with engine, and would have to go Audi for repairs. They didn't charge me for any of the diagnostic work even though it sounds like they did quite a bit to figure out what the problem was. I appreciate the work/ help they did on car and would bring any of my cars back to their location. Very quick/ responsive team!”

“Kevin and the team at costal truck and autobody recently completed 2 sizeable projects and complete paint jobs on 2 of our front line peterbilt 389s. The process was simple from the beginning with Kevin setting up the tow and coordinating with the insurance adjuster to get the ball rolling. They were great to communicate with and always easy to get ahold of for updates and questions. We had a few minor hiccups with the first truck which Kevin literally went above and beyond to correct. I can't remember the last time I experienced someone taking such pride and satisfaction in making sure a customer was completely satisfied with the finished project it was very refreshing!! We just had a second truck get a roof panel replacement, accessories added and a complete 2 tone paint job and get compliments daily. “I had some minor damage that needed repairs and from the moment I walked in the door Linda was on top of everything. They not only helped me with my rental car and paperwork, they also discussed the process and what I should realistically expect regarding a timeframe.
After dropping my car off, I needed to come back and get a couple of things and they were great about sending someone in the back and retrieving the objects from the car for me. His knowledge is vast and his labor rates are on average. $80 per hr. He also sells used autos cheap and affordable. Thats where I bought my current car, 2005 Buick Park Ave.”
