Manager order not to touch my iphone pro , even when i was paying full prize for an lcd screen , because the phone didn't have a original display someone all-ready changed it ones so i went out to zagg kiosk in the middle and they did it quick les expensive and two month warranty .

The customer service at the store is exceptoinal. There was a woman named Anabelle that entertainted our kids with educational activities on iPads while we got our devices fixed. We had to go back a second time and the people at the store were just as helpful.

I didn’t make an appointment to have my phone repaired until I was with an employee. After discussing with them the issues my phone has I was under the impression Apple wouldn’t be able to fix my phone due to not having inventory for the older model phone. They insisted I make an appointment with Genius to confirm. Despite being there for the store opening, I still waited around for quite a while watching lots of employees stand around. Eventually I hear an employee ask if anyone is doing triage. An employee said, no but I can. She jumped on her iPad for a few minutes then proceeded to introduce herself to me as one of the managers. Doesn’t make a lot of sense why a manager is standing around not being proactive with standard tasks. 🤔We discuss my phone issues: my battery is swollen and pushing my screen out. She proceeds to confirm they can fix my phone because the batteries are the same. At this point I’m feeling better about being behind schedule for the day. The genius manager interrupts and takes over. He confirms the battery can be replaced and schedules the work order, goes over the pricing, has me sign the authorization and I’m off. I arrive at the end of the day to pick up the phone. It’s brought right out all cleaned and presumably fixed. The girl helping is very nice and lets me know there was no charge. Shocked, I confirmed what she had said because we discussed pricing earlier. She double checked the file and confirmed there was no charge. At this point I’m thinking Apple warrantied the work for the defective battery. I walk out and make it back to the mall exit before realizing the screen was still pushing out. At this point I get a phone call from the girl who just helped me, to explain there was no charge because in fact, they didn’t do the work. She had to put me on hold to confirm why the work was not performed and came back to say the screen also needs to be replaced. But there are no parts and Apple cannot fix it. It’s beyond frustrating that there was no communication attempts to let me know what they found or to discuss options. Which apparently the only option Apple is offering - judging by how every one of the 4 people I dealt with that day stated - is to trade it in for a newer phone. Does Apple even have customer service or do they just push phone sales?

I went to the Apple Store to get my iPhone repaired, which was the goal because it was had some damage on the back even though I was using a case, but that’s what happens when you have a glass phone instead of correcting the glass they gave me a refurbished phone when my mom picked it up she didn’t notice the difference. It’s not even the same color as my original one :/

I went to the Apple Store Genius Bar for help with my iPad, keyboard, and Apple Pencil. While the staff member was friendly and answered the basic questions, I was disappointed that he only covered the very basics and suggested I take a class elsewhere. He even directed me to a different Apple Store because there weren’t any classes available locally. I had many more questions and had hoped for more thorough guidance. I understand the store has limits, but I wish there had been more help available on-site before sending me elsewhere.

My experience couldn't have been worse. I scheduled an appointment with Apple to get my front camera lens replaced. I drove to the store, but they didn't have the necessary part and told me they would call when it arrived. After waiting two weeks, I called to follow up. Not only did they still not have the part, but they also claimed to have no record of my initial visit and made me schedule a brand new appointment. Never going to this dump again.

Missing iPhone / No Resolution
I ordered 5 of the new iPhones for same-day delivery (2 separate orders) and only received 4. The serial number of the missing phone shows it was activated the same day it was supposed to be delivered. One phone was even bagged into the wrong order. Despite clear evidence, the store claims “everything left complete” and refuses to help, leaving me to chase Apple corporate and on the hook for $1200 for something I never received. Insane.
It’s disturbing that a loyal, high-spending customer has to fight this hard just to get attention on such a serious issue. If Apple values customer trust, resolving cases like this should be a cornerstone of their service. Don't buy from here, especially same-day deliveries.

I wasted my time standing in line this morning for them to not even announce that they didn’t have really any options for phones available in the store! Very poor customer service
