Made an appointment to have my son's iPhone battery replaced. Went through the prompts online to set up the appointment. Arrived early to the store only to be told they do not have the battery in stock. Why would they allow an appointment to be scheduled and a customer to visit the store only to be turned away. Tech rep told me the system doesn't know about their store's inventory but then proceeded to check the inventory for all Apple stores nearby. This is not the first time this has happened with this store. Awful customer service.Update: Went back 4 days later when the battery was in stock. The rep told me it would be at least 2 hours for a battery replacement. I said please call or text me when it was completed. He said, no, I won't do that. You will have to keep calling after the 2 hours has passed to check on the status. Two and a half hours later I called, waited 15 minutes on hold, for them to tell me that it was done in 30 minutes. I would have waited for the battery to be replaced had I known it would only have been 30 minutes. Instead, multiple trips were made for a simple battery replacement. You cannot get worse customer service than what this store offers. Avoid this store for your own convenience.

Dropped by the Apple Store in Salem to pick up some Christmas gifts. I was told it was about a 30 minute wait for sales person. No problem, that happens during the holiday season.I was prepared to give them my cell number so they could text me when a sales person was available. But no. I was told I had to wait inside the store because if I left the store I would lose my place in line and have to start again when I returned.There are no chairs or benches in the store so in order for me to buy apple products had to stand in the corner for 30 minutes. Or I could decide to leave and not buy any apple products. I chose the latter.

I wish I could give negative rating. Because of a kind of customer service i got. I baught new iphone14. It was heating up while charging next day i went to exchange it and they want me to pay $75 for exchanging a phone. And manager was really rood. And lying to us. About everything we asked.

I'm in love with this grand mall that has a plethora of stores. I went to quite a few and bought gifts ? for self my birthday is next month so treated myself and my youngest son birthday is next month bought him something and I bought my granddaughter something for her birthday and plan to go back. My son was a sweetie picked me and his daughter up in Boston even though he's in 15 minutes around the corner from this mall and his wife met us there so we had a wonderful time that day definitely returning again and would recommend folks ? to go.
